The Hyworth Forklift Induction Experience was up there with SeaWorld and the Sydney Opera House. If someone was to ask me “hi, worth getting a hyworth forklift?” I would reply “absolutely!!!”. Jay was the star of the show, great host and brilliant bringer of beer! 5 stars

We've been for nearly 30 years with another forklift supplier who's service got worse and worse. We are much happier now with Hyworth. They are much cheaper and offer better and quicker service.

Great experience dealing with Jay from Hyworth Forklifts. He met me on site at our Chatswood warehouse to understand our needs and quickly provided a competitive quote. He helped with finance options and it only took a couple of weeks from the first visit until our walkie-reach arrived. Thanks Jay!

We as a business, couldn't recommend Jay from Hyworth enough. Jay has been excellent to deal with the last 2.5 years giving us a 5-star service every time I call him. Recently we decided to swap from a gas forklift to electric and the process was as simple as the first time. We're very happy with the rental rate we pay and love the service we receive. I can call Jay anytime of the day, any day of the week and he'll get back to me with an answer as soon as he can. If you are thinking of renting a forklift, we honestly highly recommend Jay from Hyworth. If you're looking for a company you can rely on, know you can get an answer when you need one, and have a point of contact you know will pick up the phone (even on weekends which is hard to get these days) then please ask for Jay when you call Hyworth.

We bought to replace our on crown walkie as this one has the reach, tilt and side shift function. So easy to use just the perfect walkie machine, so simple to use and so many safety features. Great staff too. Jay will actually come out and see you and run through the features and explain everything. Not the others who will only message and call you.

Customer service at this company is absolutely first rate. We hired a walkie reach for about 10 months. From initial inspection, demo, delivery, return and refund of security deposit, their communication and responsiveness was amazing. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Jonathan and Jay enough. I have known Jonathan for a long time as we have hired our Forklifts from him going back 10 + years, we have moved to a new premises and Jonathan and Jay jumped right into it and came out to go thru all our options given our space, You wont find more professional, knowledgeable and more honest people than these guys, you would be crazy to go with any other company for your Forklift requirements. My workplace procured a Hyworth ‘walkie’ forklift around ten months ago when we expanded our warehouse and operations. From the get go, our account manager Jay provided fantastic customer service with a comprehensive induction and has helped us with any questions or issues (not many!) that we’ve had, has followed up with site visits to see how we’re doing and generally been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rest of the team we have dealt with like the service technicians are all exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and happy to help as well. Regular service is done onsite in about 30 minutes and the one time further work was required on the machine offsite, we were provided a loan machine for the entire duration- offsite work was also incredible quick, only a couple days. 10/10 I will recommend Hyworth to any businesses looking to acquire new heavy plant machinery. Can’t say it enough. Thanks again to Jay and the team.

I have used Hyworth Forklifts on several occasions now and have had an outstanding experience each and every time. I can always rely on Bridget to deliver. Her response to my enquiries are super fast and the forklift hired is always in great condition and delivered on time, every time. I receive follow up emails from her as the pickup date/time is approaching asking me if pickup is still ok or if I need to extend the hire. I have dealt with quite a few forklift companies in the past and will continue to deal with only Hyworth Forklifts in NSW as I have always had a great experience. Highly recommended!

The machine(confine area forklift) is working great, I have all different forklift driving experiences, this is great choice from my last few months driving.👍, and Jay came to our warehouse today at Rosebery, showed and full induction was exceptional 👏 don't hesitate to get one of a machine from Hyworth! We just purchased a second hand forklift through Hyworth Forklifts. We had very specific requirements. Jay came out to our factory, measured up and was able to advise us on the best forklift for our needs. At the Hyworth factory, Jonathon demonstrated several different forks new and second hand. I was in the market for a electric forklift and contacted a few major suppliers, Hyworth were the only ones to come through and meet our needs. I had a couple of quotes for an electric counterbalance from several other dealers which I was happy with and then contacted Hyworth basically just to give me another option.I contacted them solely on the basis of these Google reviews.... had never dealt with them before.Jonathon assisted me over the phone and then told me he would pass on the details to his sales rep to come talk to me. Less than 1 hour later Jay had come to the site, checked on our needs & suggested a unit for us.24 hours later the deal was done .... top Crown 3 wheel unit at a great price.I have been incredibly impressed with the team from Hyworth. At last a company who actually delivers on service with punctuality, friendliness and professionalism. Having been a Crown customer for 20 years and being let down on countless delivery promises and excuses, we needed to hire a fork within 24 hours. It was delivered and up & running seamlessly. Great service from the sales dept to delivery through to install. Hence, very pleased to give this honest Google rating of 5 stars for a five star team - well done Team Hyworth !

Excellent experience. Went to see Johnathon as was dealing with Crown. I explained my situation and he sorted me out with a machine that was more suitable to my needs at a much better price point. Has already followed up to make sure everything is good with machine. Highly recommend.
